Payment details

Payment: A 50% advance is required for all orders and the balance immediately before dispatch. Cheques should be made payable to TexTiles and sent to New House, Clipsham Court, Clipsham, Rutland LE15 7SE. Alternatively, a direct bank to bank transfer can be made. Please contact us for bank details.

Postage & Packing: Standard postage or carrier charges will be quoted with each order. We take great care when packaging our tiles. However, if there is any damage to the tiles or discrepancy in the order, please alert us within 24 hours of receipt.
